Chicken inasal did not begin with Inasal Street Co. — it began generations ago in Bacolod City, where pitmasters perfected marinating chicken in calamansi, vinegar, and native spices before grilling it slowly over charcoal. 

That dish became one of the most recognized regional flavors in the Philippines: The Philippines' Famous Grilled Chicken. Inasal Street Co. exists to carry that tradition forward on a modern, unmistakably Filipino stage — bold color, real charcoal fire, an open grill guests can actually watch, and a room built to feel like a celebration of Filipino street culture.

What began with a single branch in Coron, Palawan in 2022 has grown into a franchise-ready concept — with Mobile Food Car, Kiosk, and Full Store packages now available to partners across the Philippines and overseas.
